The world’s largest trial of the four-day week came to an end last week. Out of the 61 companies in the six-month trial, 56 have extended their trial, and 18 have made it permanent. The findings are being used to urge politicians to give all workers in Britain a 32-hour week.
Hear from Joe Ryle, the director of the 4 Day Week Campaign and Rachel Hart an HR Consultant with experience implementing the four-day working week in organisations. They discuss the results of the trial in more detail and look at how the four-day week could work for different types of businesses in practical terms.
