In this Interview Marc Harris chats with Monica Kaur from the Money & Pensions Service about the impact that money worries are having on Employee Wellbeing. Monica discusses the vital role that employers can play in helping their employees gain access to the many valuable, practical and free tools and services available from MoneyHelper that can assist employees take charge of their finances to develop a more robust personal financial situation.

Her role is to work closely with organisations from the private, public and voluntary/third sectors to support their wellbeing strategies by accessing MaPS’s free resources, removing the stigma attached to talking about money and providing impartial advice and guidance.
