To create sustainable growth in our cities, we need to create ecosystems of collaboration between public and private sector partnerships.
Doing this informs all parts of life: from building homes where people actually want to live, training and educating a workforce with the skills businesses need, and creating the jobs that enable businesses to thrive and then invest in cities – and more.
In our next Good Growth for Cities discussion, our panel explored where this is happening well and how. The discussion was hosted by Carl Sizer, head of regions and platforms at PwC, and he was joined by Rachel Taylor, government and health industries leader at PwC, Deborah Cadman, CEO of Birmingham City Council and Dr Janice Allan, Dean of Salford Business School.
