In this session Trevor Ivory (Partner and UK Head of Planning) is joined by Amy Truman, Claire Stoneman and Ian Graves (Legal Directors) to discuss environmental impact assessment (EIA). They consider the legislation governing the EIA process, screening, scoping and the form of the environmental statement. They then consider proposals for change to the EIA process through the introduction of environmental outcome reports.
