Welcome to the 16th edition of Health of the Sector, our annual look at the impact of changing economic and regulatory conditions on the social housing sector. Over the past few years, the sector has been impacted by political instability and a global pandemic. And last year supply chains seemed to be crumbling. This year, there’s less concern around supply chain issues – particularly access to materials, which is of course positive.
